Services
The Willows Public Library serves the communities of Willows and the surrounding Glenn County area. The library loans hard copy books, audiobooks, periodicals and DVD collections. It also offers public access to computers and free wifi

Staff
The department includes the Library Director, a full-time Library Technician and Children’s Librarian, and several part-time library staff.
