NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Willows will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday, January 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m , at City Hall located at 201 N. Lassen St, Willows, CA 95988, to discuss possible applications for funding under the State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and to gather residents’ ideas for possible activities to be included in the application.
