Willows Parks

The City of Willows offers three beautiful parks available for recreation and rentals — each with unique amenities perfect for gatherings, celebrations, and community events.

Sycamore Park is an 11.85-acre community hub featuring walking paths, playground areas, a skatepark, horseshoe pits, tennis courts, and the City’s swimming pool. The Sycamore Park Rehabilitation and City Pool Project is set to commence construction in early 2026 as part of the City’s efforts to enhance recreational facilities and improve accessibility and safety throughout the park. This comprehensive project — supported by $4 million in state grant funds — includes renovation of the community pool complex, upgraded pedestrian and ADA-accessible circulation, improvements to restroom and pool structures, enhanced lighting, and other infrastructure upgrades.

Central Park offers picnic areas, a children’s playground, charcoal BBQs, restrooms, and a 9-hole disc golf course.

Jensen Park stands as the City’s largest park with multiple playgrounds, softball and little league fields, gazebo picnic areas, and ample open space for recreation. Recent improvements at Jensen Park include new ADA-accessible parking, accessible pathways, and an ADA-compliant picnic area, enhancing access throughout the park and ensuring that visitors of all abilities can safely and comfortably enjoy its amenities.

Park rentals are available online through the Parks & Recreation Portal, or in person at City Hall, located at 201 N. Lassen Street. Office hours for in-person booking are 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
